Introduction

Norwood School is located in the Garden Meadows subdivision in the City of Wetaskiwin. The community consists of diverse socio-economic groups most of whom live in owner occupied residences. Norwood School is very well-respected in the local community as an excellent learning facility.

Norwood School offers classes to students from Kindergarten to grade 6. For the 2010 -11 school year, enrolment  is approximately 237 students.

Programs and Services

In addition to regular education Norwood offers a Learning Assistance Program for students who benefit from receiving a blended life-skills/academic program, placement for this program is completed by Wetaskiwin Regional School Division Office.
